Tinyhawk & Bizzarro is an indie rock group that came together to play the compositions of the band guitarist Jenni Kinnunen. The guitary world of Tinyhawk & Bizzarro is filled with adventure, sceneries flashing by and deep dives into surprising situations. The band started when Kinnunen found the right allies from Bizzarro, a seasoned trio led by guitarist Markus Väisänen, was already on exactly the right wavelength and had a firm grasp on all the necessary shades and rhythms. Väisänen’s guitar is connected telepathically to Jenni Kinnunen’s playing, while the bass and drums of Teemu Aho and Jaakko Pöyhönen create a solid foundation from which the guitars can take flight.

Their debut album Nekorok came out in the fall of 2023, and it was greeted with much rejoicing from Finnish music media. Led by the album, the band was awarded "New band of the Year" at the Indie Awards in January 2024 and won Teosto Prize in April (one of the biggest art prizes in the Nordic countries(. The band is also nominated for the 2024 Teosto award. Their first TV appearance took place on Finnish National TV (YLE - Suuri journalisti gaala) in February 2024. In the coming summer, the band will perform at many of Finland's biggest festivals, such as Provinssi, Flow and Porijazz.
